On this occasion I asked your opinion as to how long I could make a section of thatch wait before complete replacement and you advised me that only one smaller section needed attention, for a fraction of the future expenditure I expected. I assumed that just replacing a smaller section would leave an 'odd' patch, but be watertight. Instead of which you managed to leave the roof looking absolutely perfect.

The surrounding roof areas were also left tidier than I have ever seen them too.

Bob Bolton re-thathched our 16th century cottage about 10 years ago. We found his work of the highest standard leaving a beatifully finished roof which has withstood the weather admirably.
